Before a document goes public, the people in it may object. Today: someone keeps a spreadsheet of dates. Instead: the four-week window starts the moment you record the decision, and the deadline is on the item. Nearing the date, the right colleague is reminded. The decision and its history are kept for the auditor.

Every action here can be handed to an assistant. You decide what it may do, and it asks before anything goes out.
