CRM on your Nextcloud. Customers, prospects, deals, quotes. Everything as a typed register, no separate sales database, no second login. Your sales team works where your delivery team already is.

What it does

Four registers, one pipeline overview.

PipelinQ ships with four pre-defined registers (customers, prospects, deals, quotes) plus a kanban board view for the deal-flow. MyDash on top for the numbers, DocuDesk for quote templates.

Kanban board for the deal-flow.

Drag deals through your sales stages (lead, qualified, proposal, won, lost). Stages are configurable, per-team filters route through Nextcloud groups.

Customers and contacts as a typed register.

OpenRegister schemas for customers and contacts. Citation-stable IDs mean URLs to individual customers keep working after CRM migrations or reorganisations.

Quotes via DocuDesk templates.

Click a deal, "generate quote", DocuDesk fills the template with customer and deal fields, exports as PDF, signs with your instance certificate.

Connector to your accounting system.

Won deals flow automatically to Exact, Twinfield, or AFAS via OpenConnector. No duplicate entry, no separate import job.
