Every publication, export, or API call passes through the anonymization layer first. Names, BSNs, license plates, addresses, and other personal data are detected, redacted, and logged with an explainable decision per match. What your organization shares is what your organization chose to share.
Detection on text, table, and document.
Presidio-based detection for BSNs, names, addresses, IBANs, phone numbers, license plates, email addresses, birth dates. Works on plain text, PDF, Word, Excel, and on fields in an OpenRegister record.
Redaction with proof preserved.
DocuDesk writes a redacted copy, preserves the original behind permissions, and maintains the per-match mapping. Audit trail shows what was redacted, why, and under which policy.
Policy per register, per category.
Each OpenRegister gets its own anonymization profile: which entities to detect, which to redact, which to block. Woo publication, GDPR request, dataset export, and internal sharing each get their own threshold.
Human review where it matters.
Low-confidence matches go to a review queue in Nextcloud. The reviewer confirms or rejects; the decision becomes part of the profile and improves future detection.
GDPR-explainable.
Every redacted match records: PII type, model, version, profile. Your Data Protection Officer can trace every decision without accessing the original document.
API and pipeline, not just UI.
Callable from OpenConnector flows, n8n, Windmill, and direct REST calls. Plugs into existing Woo, export, and publication processes without touching the UI.

OpenConnector pulls records and files from your source systems. OpenRegister keeps them typed and versioned. DocuDesk runs Presidio over the content, redacts per policy, and delivers the anonymized copy to the publication channel. The original stays in Nextcloud, behind permissions and audit.
